Luna Verde Vegan Mexican Restaurant is located at 400 Main Street, Bradley Beach, NJ 07720. We are a 100% plant-based, made-to-order Mexican restaurant offering pickup and delivery. We accept orders online only through our own website or through our third-party ordering partners.
2. Ordering & Payment
- Orders must be paid online. All orders placed through lunaverdemexican.com or our ordering partners must be paid for in full at the time the order is placed, using the payment method offered at checkout (e.g., Toast, Stripe, or another online payment provider). We do not accept payment over the phone or at pickup unless previously arranged in writing.
- Prices. Menu prices are displayed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Prices may vary slightly between our website and third-party platforms. The price confirmed at checkout is the price you pay.
- Taxes and fees. Applicable taxes, delivery fees, service fees, or card processing fees (where disclosed) are added at checkout. Third-party platforms may charge their own fees under their terms.
- Order acceptance. We may decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, capacity limits, or safety reasons. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.
3. Pickup & Delivery
- Pickup. Pickup orders are available at our window at 400 Main Street, Bradley Beach, NJ. Please arrive during the pickup window indicated at checkout. Food is made to order; actual ready time may vary.
- Delivery. Delivery may be provided by third-party services (including Uber Eats, DoorDash, Grubhub, or a future delivery partner). Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and are subject to the third-party's availability, traffic, weather, and their own terms. We are not responsible for delays, errors, or issues caused by third-party delivery providers.
- No-shows. If a pickup order is not collected, the food may be discarded after a reasonable holding time. No-shows are not entitled to a refund once the order has been prepared, except as required by law.
4. Food Quality, Allergens & Dietary Needs
- Allergens. We prepare food in a kitchen that handles common allergens, including soy, gluten, nuts, and other ingredients. While we offer gluten-free friendly and other options, dishes marked "GF ingredients" or similar are not certified gluten-free and may come into contact with allergens. It is your responsibility to inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions before ordering.
- Consumption. Food is perishable. Pick up or receive delivery promptly and follow any handling guidance. We are not liable for illness or injury resulting from failure to inform us of allergies, from improper storage or handling after pickup/delivery, or from individual sensitivities, except as required by law.
- Accuracy. Photos, descriptions, and portion sizes are representative and may vary. We may substitute ingredients of equal or better quality when necessary.
5. Reviews & Feedback
We welcome honest feedback. By submitting a review or other content to us or to a third-party platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and promote that content in connection with our business. You agree not to submit false, defamatory, or abusive content.
